Q: Do you provide your services to both residential and commercial customers?
A: Yes! For the valet trash services we serve all multi-dwelling communities, i.e. all apartment styles, townhome, high-rise, etc. For the remainder of our services, we provide them to both residential (home, apartment) and commercial customers.
Q: How does door-to-door trash service work?
A: There's nothing to it! a) Residents place their trash bags in the provided bins, and then place them outside their doorstep on designated trash days and during designated pick-up hours. b) our team members collect the bags, via leak proof totes, and place them in the onsite dumpster(s) or trash compactor.
Q: How does curbside trash service work?
A: a) Residents place their trash bags in designated locations throughout the community on designated trash days and during designated pick-up hours. b) our team members collect the bags and place them in the onsite dumpster(s) or trash compactor.
Q: Do you also provide upkeep for common areas (pool, mail-centers, etc)?
A: Absolutely. Whatever your community's needs, we can address them.

A: Yes! We will sit down and discuss our services in detail and leave no stone unturned. Please reach out to us and we will meet at your convenience.
